Map providers, to display maps and routes.

[Add here any analytics or advertising tools used by the app.]
5. International transfers
Your data may be stored and processed outside your country by our providers and group companies. When the destination country does not offer an adequate level of protection according to Uruguay's Law 18,331 or the European GDPR, we use standard contractual clauses or other safeguards recognized by the competent authority.
6. How long we keep it
Account, vehicles, and preferences: while the account is active.
Charging sessions, payments, receipts, and tax invoices: for the period required by each country's law (in Uruguay, generally [5] years), even if you close the account.
Technical logs: up to [12] months.
Support messages: up to [24] months since the last contact.
Once these periods expire, we delete or anonymize the data.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, passwords and payment keys encrypted in the database, restricted access by role and country, and logging of team actions. No system is infallible: if an incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authority as appropriate.

How to do it: from the app (Profile → Request account closure, or Settings → Delete account), or by writing to [privacidad@movev.eu]. We respond within legal timeframes (in Uruguay, 5 business days for access).
If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with your country's authority: in Uruguay, the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP); in the European Union, your local data protection authority.
